How to read your invoice
The subscription is a fixed amount. What can fluctuate is the consumption, and this is almost always the explanation when the total changes.
This article is for those who need the invoice to match, or who want to know why the amount is not the same as the last one. The invoice consists of two kinds of lines, and only one kind can change.
Subscription is fixed
The subscription line is the same amount each period. It only changes if you change the subscription, and then the change is shown in your agreement.
Consumption can fluctuate
In addition to the subscription, the consumption and the options you have had during the period are settled. That part is consumption-based, so it follows your activity rather than being a fixed number. If you have had a busy period, the line is larger. If you have not used an option, it will not be stated on the invoice at all.
The rates are stated in your agreement and in the invoice itself.
Why the total changes
Because the subscription is fixed, a change in the total always comes from the consumption-based part. It is worth knowing before you go hunting: if the total is different from the last time, it is not the subscription that has changed.
If you want to compare two periods, compare line by line rather than the total. Then you can see what has actually changed, instead of guessing from one number.
Where to find the invoice
The invoice will be sent by e-mail. If you need to look further back, the payment history is under your profile in Digital Servicebook, so you can retrieve previous invoices yourself instead of asking for them.
If something isn't right
If an amount cannot be explained by the two types of lines above, please contact us with the invoice number and which line it is about. Then we will look at it with you.

What happens to your data if you cancel?
The service history belongs to the vehicles and will not be deleted. However, your own access to lookup ends at the same time as the subscription.
Cancelling the subscription
Notice and terms are stated in your agreement. What you have registered will not be deleted, but access to look up will cease with the subscription.
