Cancelling the subscription
Notice and terms are stated in your agreement. What you have registered will not be deleted, but access to look up will cease with the subscription.
This article is for garages that are considering terminating or who want to know the consequences before they say yes. There are two things to keep separate: what happens to your access and what happens to what you have registered.
Notice and terms are stated in your agreement
The notice period and any binding period are stated in the agreement you have entered into. If you are in doubt about what applies to you, we can look it up with you rather than you having to look for it.
When you want to cancel
Contact us with the workshop's name and CVR number so that we hit the right account. Ask for a written confirmation of when the subscription ends, so you have the date in writing and can plan according to it.
Optional extras will be discontinued at the same time
Optional extras and consumption-based services cannot be used without an active subscription, so they will be discontinued along with it. What you have already registered through them will not be rolled back.
Get what you need before it ends
The access to log in and look up ceases with the subscription, and there is no period afterwards. Therefore, put it on the list on the day you cancel, rather than saving it for the last week:
- Documentation of ongoing cases, so that the customer has it in hand.
- Customer information, if you use it as your own register.
- Arranged upcoming visits so they don't fall to the floor.
- Payment history for the bookkeeping, which is located under your profile.
The registrations will not be deleted
The service you have registered belongs to the vehicles and not to your subscription. The car owners can still see the history of their cars, and you do not remove documentation from your previous customers by stopping.
That's the whole point of history following the car, and it also holds up when a workshop changes supplier.
If in doubt
If you are unsure whether the right thing to do is to cancel or change the subscription, write before you cancel. It is easier to change than to restore.

Can we have multiple subscriptions on the same account?
Yes. The account belongs to the company, and there can be multiple subscriptions under it, while each user gets the context that suits the job.
What happens to your data if you cancel?
The service history belongs to the vehicles and will not be deleted. However, your own access to lookup ends at the same time as the subscription.
