Can we have multiple subscriptions on the same account?
Yes. The account belongs to the company, and there can be multiple subscriptions under it, while each user gets the context that suits the job.
Many of our customers are more than one kind of business. A car dealership sells cars and has its own workshop next door, and a larger company has several teams that do something different. This article determines whether it requires several accounts with us and how to get the individual employee into the right system.
The account belongs to the company
The account is linked to the company and not to the individual subscription. This is also why we ask for the CVR number when you contact us about something that concerns the account: it is the key that points to the right one. Under the account, there can be several subscriptions at the same time.
You do not need to create one account per region
If the business covers more than one area, the answer is not one more account. A car dealership can have both a workshop subscription and a dealer subscription under the same account. This means that the administration will be in one place instead of two, and that you do not have to keep track of which access belongs to which entrance.
Users are created under the account
The account has an administrator, and it is the administrator who creates the users who need access. Each user occupies a seat on the account, and if you need more seats than you have, they can be purchased. It is therefore the number of seats that sets the limit for how many you can create, and not the number of subscriptions.
Context determines what the user encounters
When a user is created, the administrator sets a context. The context determines which profile and which dashboard the user encounters at login. A foreman can get a workshop profile, and a car salesman can get a dealer profile. The two work in the same account, but each see their own part of it.
That is the practical point of the whole setup. A foreman must be able to come to the day's operation without having to pass anything that belongs to the car sale, and a car salesman does not have to familiarize himself with a workshop system to be able to see a car's history. If an employee later needs something else, the context is changed in the same place, with the administrator on the account.
The registrations belong to the vehicle
A service you register belongs to the vehicle and not to the subscription under which it was created. The history is therefore not divided because there are several subscriptions in the account. What the individual user can access, on the other hand, follows the context the user has been given, and it is set by the administrator.
What applies to your particular account
Which subscriptions are on your account and how many users they cover are stated in your agreement. If you are in doubt about how the account is set up, or if it needs to be rebuilt because the business has changed, please contact us with the company's name and CVR number.

What happens to your data if you cancel?
The service history belongs to the vehicles and will not be deleted. However, your own access to lookup ends at the same time as the subscription.
Cancelling the subscription
Notice and terms are stated in your agreement. What you have registered will not be deleted, but access to look up will cease with the subscription.
