Electronic service book used by 3,000+ workshops
Digital service book
for all car brands,
verified
and gathered in one place
The workshop registers the service once, and the history follows the car. Not twice, in the paper service book and in the car brand's OE portal, but once. For car owners, it is free.
The system is easy to use. Glad we can support our customers with OEM upload
As a workshop, we are happy with the website and wish that many more workshops would use it. The support is quick to respond and quick to help if you need it.
We as a workshop use Digital Servicebook daily and are very happy with this. Highly recommended!
For us, Digital Servicebook is a good tool in everyday life. It is time-efficient and cost-saving.
How it works
Registered once, valid everywhere
-
01The workshop performs the service
The workshop works as always, freely or brand-linked. The Digital Servicebook does not require any new routines and can be integrated directly into the workshop systems the industry already uses.
-
02The service is registered once
The workshop registers the service in the Digital Service Book or directly from its own workshop system. It is no longer necessary to also register in the paper service book and in the car brand's OE portal. This saves 5 to 8 minutes per service.
-
03History follows the car
The complete service history is available to anyone with a legitimate interest in the vehicle: the owner, the next workshop, the dealer and the buyer. Valid documentation retains the factory warranty on all car brands.

One digital service book, Benefits for everyone
Whether you run a workshop, sell cars, manage a fleet or simply own a car.
Everything in one place
One complete service history across all workshops and all car brands, available at any time.
The factory warranty is retained
Valid documentation of service retains the factory warranty on all car brands, regardless of whether the work was carried out in a free workshop or a brand workshop.
The value is protected
A documented history keeps the car's value when resold and makes mileage fraud and cloning of chassis numbers difficult to hide.
