3. How We Use Your Information

One of the primary reasons Digital-Servicebook ApS was founded, is to improve transparency and prevent fraud in the automotive industry.

The most common cases of fraud in the automotive industry are milage fraud and VIN cloning.

We help prevent this by providing a full overview of the cars history and keep a record of REG and VIN pairs in the countries we currently support (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and United Kingdom).

Alongside fraud prevention, our platform helps car owners to get an easy to access full overview of their vehicle and keep their warranty. As well as help workshops get the full insights in into the vehicle they are working on, to make sure they can perform their best work possible. As well as an easy to use system for service and repair registration.

We also provide a easy to use service booking system and a service reminder SMS 14 days before your next upcoming service.
