2. Search for carWhen you search for a car on Digital Servicebook – you can see information about the car in the “Servicebook” menu. When a car is registered in the Digital Service Book, everyone can search directly for the car.

3. Register service visitsMake service registrations from PC and app or via IT integration at the press of a single button. When you want to register a service inspection in the service book, there are 3 steps:

2. Complete the service bookNow you are directly in the car’s service book – and can fill it in.***0*** = If the car has previously been registered with upcoming service in the Digital Service Book, this is displayed here. You can easily update from upcoming to done.
3. DoneHere you can see all the cars you have created, the last one entered is displayed at the top.

4. Add customerGive the customer access to the car’s service documentation. This gives the customer a link to the workshop and access to the car’s data digitally, which is good customer service. 5. Create future service for customersYou have the opportunity to register a future workshop visit – thereby retaining the customer.
