Digital Servicebook is a digital solution that replaces the old service book in all car brands. At the same time, it has been developed to strengthen the independent garages’ right to service and maintain the factory warranty for all car brands.
What is the background of Digital Servicebook?
Today, car data and service history are extremely important pieces, so that as a workshop you can help customers to maintain factory warranties and drive a good and safe car. That data must of course be open and accessible to everyone.
In fact, legislation has been created in the EU which ensures the free workshops’ right to car data and the performance of car services, according to the manufacturers’ regulations. This is the background for Digital Servicebook, we make the data free and help the free workshops to carry out and register a service that preserves the factory warranty.

Who is Digital Servicebook?
Digital Servicebook has been developed by people from the automotive industry. We know the needs of independent workshops, the legislation around factory guarantees and what everyday life is like in a workshop.
We have grown from being a good idea to today being a well-developed product and a recognized brand, with a presence in several Nordic markets and more than 10 employees.
Digital Servicebook was started by partners Kim Koch and Jens Pedersen in 2015. The mission is the same as when we started, we fight for the free workshops and their customers’ right to their own car data, by providing an open and independent service book platform.
