From choosing a plan to first registration

  1. Choose the plan Choose the subscription that suits the workshop above. If you are in doubt about what you will need, have a chat with us first.
  2. Create the workshop profile You create the profile with the workshop's information. From there, the service can be registered immediately, even before an integration is set up.
  3. Connect your workshop system If you use one of the systems we integrate with, the connection is set up once, and then the service is transferred from there. If you do not have a workshop system, you can use Easy Upload and put us as BCC on the invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's included in the subscription?

This is stated in the individual subscription above. Common to them is registration of service regardless of car make, access via app, mobile and tablet, integration to workshop systems, and documentation that can be presented in a warranty case.

Does the car owner pay anything?

No. The workshop pays for the subscription, and the car owner has access to his car's history without having to pay for it. If the customer needs the documentation for a warranty case or a sale, they have it themselves.

Is the subscription the total price?

The subscription has a fixed price per period. In addition, there may be options and consumption-based billing, which follows how much you use them, and they appear as independent lines on the invoice. What is included in your subscription and what is billed according to consumption is stated in the subscription above and in your agreement.

How do we pay?

Most garages pay by card, and the amount is automatically deducted for each period. The invoice is therefore a documentation of the deduction rather than a charge you have to act on. The payment history can be found under your profile.

How do we cancel the subscription?

The terms for termination and any binding are stated in your agreement. There is a guide in the knowledge base under Subscription and billing, which also describes what you should get before the access ends.

What if we don't have a workshop system?

Then you can use Easy Upload. You put Digital Servicebook as BCC on the invoice you already send to the customer, and we create the service history from it. The service can also always be registered directly in the web app. There is a guide for both in the knowledge base under Integrations.
