If a warranty case is rejected
If the brand workshop or importer asks questions about the service, our support can take over the dialogue. You do not have to conduct it alone.
This article is for garages that are in a warranty case where the brand workshop or importer asks questions about the service or rejects the claim. Help is available, and you do not have to conduct the dialogue alone.
What the case depends on
A warranty case stands or falls on whether the service has been carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations and documented correctly. If it is registered with the date, mileage, what was done, and appendices for work and spare parts, the requirement is met.
It is the car owner who must be able to present it. Therefore, the registration must be located in a place that the owner has access to, and not just in your own system.

Our support can take over the dialogue
If a brand workshop or an importer asks questions about the service, or they reject a warranty case, our support can intervene in the case and conduct the dialogue. You do not have to translate between the customer's documentation and the manufacturer's requirements.
Contact us with the car's number plate or chassis number and what has been rejected, and we will take it from there.
Will it be a legal dispute
If the case ends up in a legal dispute, it is our lawyers who intervene in it, and not the support department. The two steps are different: support conducts the dialogue about the service, the lawyers conduct the dispute.
Selected subscriptions include the legal assistance. Whether your subscription covers it is stated in your agreement.
It is precisely the part that is otherwise expensive to pursue alone, and which means that many people give up a case that is actually in order. If you are in doubt about what you are covered by, ask before a case arises rather than in the middle of it.
What you can do in advance
Register the service in the same workflow, so that the date and mileage are correct from the start.
Attach the invoice for the work and for the spare parts used.
Make a note of which parts and which oil has been used, if the manufacturer requires the specification.
A case rarely falls on the work. It falls on what was not written down.
If the documentation is completely missing
If the service has been performed but never registered, the case is weaker, and it cannot be registered backwards, as if it had happened then. If you can find the invoice for the work, it can be attached, and then there is something to conduct the case on.
But the best time to secure a warranty case is the day the car is on the lift.
If the car has gaps in the history
If the car has periods without registered service from the time before it came to you, an old paper booklet can be photographed so that the older history is included. This is easier to do before a case arises than in the middle of it.
