How to connect Keyloop to Digital Servicebook

The Keyloop integration is set up through us because Keyloop must provide access to the workshop's data. Once the access is in place, new service is automatically transferred and the cars' historical service data is retrieved.

This guide is for garages that work in a system from Keyloop. Unlike e.g. FTZ Plus and TRISYS, the connection cannot be turned on by the workshop itself. Keyloop must give permission for us to access the workshop's data, and therefore we will create a case with Keyloop on your behalf.

It must be in place first

The integration with Keyloop is part of the Premium subscription for workshops at Digital Servicebook. If you have another subscription, your salesperson can help you switch.

How to get started

  1. Contact your regular sales representative at Digital Servicebook or our support and tell them that you want to use the Keyloop integration.

  2. You will receive a form. Fill it out and sign it.

  3. Send the form back to us. We will forward it to Keyloop and create the case with them.

  4. Keyloop processes the request and provides access to the workshop's data.

Once Keyloop has granted access

After that, the integration runs automatically, and you don't have to do anything in everyday life. New service on your vehicles is transferred to the cars' service history in Digital Servicebook, and we also retrieve your historical service data from Keyloop. The cars have their service history with them from day one, and the same service does not need to be registered in two places.

You can always register directly with us

The integration is a shortcut and not a prerequisite. The service can always be created directly in Digital Servicebook via the web app.

Afterwards

The service is located on the vehicle in the Digital Service Book, where the car owner can see it. If you have any questions about the integration, or if you want to get started, please contact us.
