au2parts is a Danish auto wholesaler headquartered in Brabrand and is part of Aktieselskabet CARL CHRISTENSEN.
For the workshops, au2parts delivers au2office, a web-based customer management system for independent car repair shops in Denmark. Here, the workshop has customers, cars, quotes, work cards, invoicing and planning all in one place, connected to au2parts' web catalogue au2web.

Dutch software for car dealers and workshops from Autoflex B.V. in Putten.
Autoflex B.V. is based in Putten in the Netherlands and has been developing software for the automotive industry for more than 35 years. The system is used by more than 2,400 car dealers and workshops in the Netherlands.
Autoflex is cloud-based and built from modules for the workshop, showroom, reception and management, so each company chooses the parts it needs. The system also includes a mobile app, a customer portal and an API.
Connected to Digital Servicebook, the service from Autoflex is included in the car's service history, so it does not have to be registered in two places.

Digital Servicebook's own solution for workshops without a workshop system, or with one we are not integrated with: put us on as BCC on the invoice.
Easy Upload is Digital Servicebook's own solution for the smaller workshops that do not have a garage management system, and for the workshops whose system we do not have an integration with.
The workshop sets up the Digital Servicebook as BCC when the invoice is sent to the car owner. We create service data from the invoice, and the service lands in the car's service history. The chassis number and mileage are read directly from the invoice.
Nothing needs to be installed, and there is no new program to learn. If the system or email program can put a BCC on, it can be used.
From invoice to service history. The service is created in the car's service history based on the invoice that the workshop already sends to the customer.
Receipt of each invoice. The sender gets an email back on each invoice with what was read. If something went wrong, it says what needs to be corrected.
On to the manufacturer's portal. The service can also be forwarded to the manufacturer's digital service portal. It is set up in the Digital Service Book.
Wholesaler for the automotive industry with branches throughout the country and supplier of the customer management system FTZplus.
FTZ is a wholesaler to the automotive industry with branches throughout Denmark and the Faroe Islands. FTZ is behind workshop concepts such as AutoMester, CarPeople, Din Bilpartner, Hella Service Partner and 100% Autotjek.
For the workshops, FTZ delivers, among other things, FTZplus, a customer management system developed for car workshops, where the workshop keeps track of customers, cars and employees and plans the tasks.
Connected to Digital Servicebook, the workshop transfers the service from the invoice in FTZplus to the car's service history with one click.

Danish financial and workshop system for independent workshops.
Helios Auto is a Danish financial and workshop management system for independent workshops — job cards, time, spare parts and invoices in one system.
The system is built up of modules, so the workshop takes what it needs: accounting, inventory, calendar, invoicing, online booking and tire hotel.
Connected to Digital Servicebook, the job in Helios becomes part of the car's history, without your invoice flow changing.
The job becomes a service post. When the job is closed in Helios, the service record is created on the car — no extra steps.
Only the customer's invoice lines. The lines that the customer needs to see will be included. Internal lines will stay in Helios.
Your flow is unchanged. The mechanics work in Helios as always; the service book is updated in the background.

Supplier of software for the automotive industry, especially common at the large chains and the authorized workshops.
Keyloop supplies software to the automotive industry and is particularly common with the large chains and the authorized workshops. Through Keyloop, a dealer can handle everything from sales to service, and data can move across systems instead of being isolated.
The selection includes the Keyloop DMS dealer system and the workshop systems Rev8 and Drive, which the integration with Digital Servicebook covers in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, England and Ireland.
Connected to Digital Servicebook, new service is automatically transferred, and the cars' historical service data is also retrieved from Keyloop. Then the cars have their service history with them from day one, and the workshop does not register the same service in two places.
The service goes with it automatically. The service is automatically transferred to the car's service history in Digital Servicebook, without the workshop having to do anything extra.
The whole history at your fingertips. The car's complete service history is available directly from the workshop's own system.
History comes along. Historical service data is retrieved from Keyloop, so the cars have their service history from day one in the Digital Servicebook.

Connected to Digital Servicebook, the service is automatically transferred to the car's service history when the work card is closed in TRISYS.
The work card becomes the service history. When the work card is closed, the service is automatically transferred to the car's service history in the Digital Service Book.
One entry. The service is registered in one place and does not need to be re-entered.
On to the manufacturer's portal. The service can be automatically forwarded to the manufacturer's digital service portal. This is activated in the setup of the integration.
