With OE Upload the workshop enters a service only once

OE Upload is now part of Digital Servicebook. The workshop can document a service in its own flow and pass the data on to the car brand's OE portal in the same operation, without entering the same information twice.

Everything in one place

Service history and OE data now sit in the same platform. The workshop works either directly in Digital Servicebook or through one of the integrations with the workshop management systems, and the information ends up in the same place either way. Fewer keystrokes mean fewer errors, and a history that is actually complete.

The history follows the car, not the workshop

Because the documentation belongs to the vehicle, a workshop can see what has previously been done to the car, even when the work was carried out somewhere else. The customer meets the same standard whichever workshop the car comes into, and the workshop does not have to guess at the car's past.

The same access to OE data as the authorised workshops

With OE Upload, independent workshops have access to the same OE data and the same technical information about the individual car as the authorised brand workshops. That makes competition more even and gives the car owner a real choice, without putting the factory warranty at risk.

It is the same principle Digital Servicebook is built on: a car's data belongs to the car. When the documentation is recorded at the source and available to everyone with a legitimate interest in the vehicle, it becomes useful to the workshop, the owner, the fleet operator and the next buyer alike.
