Try Digital Servicebook's new product portfolio at FTZ Fair 2026

Digital Servicebook began as one digital service book. Today, we can do much more, which is why in January 2027 we will launch a product portfolio with dedicated products for car owners, garages, fleet owners, car dealers and financial companies. Try the products for car owners and workshops at the FTZ Fair in Odense on 4 and 5 November.

Car owners, garages, fleet owners, car dealers and financial companies today use the same Digital Servicebook for very different tasks. From January 2027, each of them will have its own product, built on the same engine and the same service history as today. We are expanding, we are not dividing. At the FTZ Fair in Odense on 4 and 5 November, you can try the products for car owners and workshops and see the interaction between them.

From one digital service book to a software supplier

Until now, the Digital Servicebook has been one product: a digital service book that gathers the car's service history in one place. Today, we can do much more than that, and the portfolio reflects this development. Each product is built around the tasks of the individual user group, and each product has several subscription levels, so that a company can choose the scope it needs. On top of the products, there will be modules that can be selected as needed, including one for loaner cars at the workshop and one for car sales at the dealership.

For the car owner, it is still free to view the car's service history, and we will not change that. The products have not yet been named. Overall, we are becoming a different kind of company: we are going from being one digital service book to being a software supplier with several products.

It's the same engine behind all the products

You don't get more platforms to keep track of. It's the same engine and the same service history behind all the products, and we're expanding it instead of splitting it up. If your company needs more than one product, you can keep them in the same account and switch freely between them, as long as you have an active subscription for what you want to use. A dealer with their own workshop should not choose one over the other.

A step in the new foundation

The restructuring is a step in the foundation we have built on through 2026. At the same time, we are moving from only documenting what has happened to the car to also working with what is happening now and what is coming. The booking between the car owner and the workshop is an example of the first. Live telematic data from the car, which we will start implementing in the first quarter of 2027, is an example of the second.

Try the products at the FTZ Fair in Odense

You don't have to wait until January to see the products. The FTZ Fair 2026 will be held on Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 November at Odense Congress Center and is a trade fair for the automotive industry. At the stand, you can try both sides of the same situation, both the car owner's and the workshop's, and see the interaction between them as it happens. For example, you can follow a booking of an appointment from the moment the car owner sends it until the workshop receives it. FTZ is the auto industry's largest distributor of spare parts and has been the official distributor of Digital Servicebook in Denmark since 2023. If you can't make it to Odense, you are welcome to contact us instead.

At the fair, you can see the products before they go live.
