Digital Servicebook has strengthened the management team as part of the continued growth in several European markets. Lasse Skov has joined as Commercial Operations Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of the sales organization, while Teis Nielsen will transition from Chief Sales Officer to Chief Operating Officer.
"We are not building an organization for the company we are today. We are building an organization for the company we are becoming," says Kim Koch, CEO of Digital Servicebook.
Lasse Skov will be responsible for the sales organization
As Commercial Operations Manager, Lasse Skov is responsible for the day-to-day management and development of the sales organization. He comes to Digital Servicebook with many years of experience in management, operations, sales development and employee development from companies such as Europcar, Telenor, Synoptik and Maxi Zoo.
Most recently, he has been Station Manager at Europcar with responsibility for operations, budgets and commercial development.
Teis Nielsen changes from CSO to COO
At the same time, a development that many have already experienced internally is formalized. After several years with responsibility for sales and commercial development, Teis Nielsen is moving from Chief Sales Officer to Chief Operating Officer.
In the new role, he will be responsible for the daily operations, cross-functional execution and development of processes and collaboration across the organization.
What the change means in practice
Lasse Skov will gradually take over the day-to-day management of the sales organization, while Teis Nielsen will have a broader focus on the company's overall operations, scaling and international development.
Together, the two roles strengthen both the commercial management and the operational organization, so there is a foundation for growth in several markets.
Digital Servicebook collects the car's service and repair history so that it follows the vehicle rather than the individual workshop, and the history is used by workshops, car owners, fleet owners and dealers across Europe. This is the organisation that the two new roles will carry forward.
