Digital Servicebook was named Product of the Year when the Danish Auto Awards were held at Cirkusbygningen in Copenhagen on 22 November 2022. It was the third year running that the award went to Digital Servicebook.
Three years running, decided by the industry
The Auto Awards are given across the motor trade, and the Product of the Year award is decided by the industry itself. That it lands in the same place three years running says more about what workshops need day to day than about one good year.
A car's history belongs to the car
The recognition went to the work of making a car's service history documented and available, whichever workshop carries out the work. When the history follows the vehicle rather than any single system, it can be used by everyone with a legitimate interest in the car: the workshop doing the work, the owner who needs to keep their warranty, and the next person who needs to trust what the car has been through.
