Digital Servicebook won the Product of the Year award when the Auto Awards were held at Cirkusbygningen in Copenhagen on 21 November 2023. It was the fourth year running that the award went to Digital Servicebook.

The evening at Cirkusbygningen

Danish transport minister Thomas Danielsen gave the opening address, Anders Breinholt hosted, and Wallmans Dinnershow provided the entertainment. In all, 25 awards were presented across categories including workshops and chains, dealers, new products and services, the aftermarket and training. The whole Danish team from Digital Servicebook attended, and sales manager Teis Nielsen accepted the award on their behalf.

The field was strong

The other nominees in the category were au2parts, AUTOproff, Partsplanner.dk, PAVA and Wefleet. The win was by no means a given, and that is precisely why a fourth award in a row carries more weight than the ones before it.

Demand is growing in more countries

“We are seeing steadily rising demand for our product both at home and abroad. At a time when trust and customer relationships matter more than ever, we give workshops and the other players in the motor trade a strong tool that secures the fullest possible insight into a vehicle's history. Our aim is to increase transparency in the motor trade, because it benefits the car manufacturers, the independent workshops, the OE houses and the consumer alike, since every party has access to the car's entire history,” says Kim Koch, Managing Director and owner of Digital Servicebook.

The award is given by the industry itself, and it is that same industry that has to be able to rely on the documentation afterwards. That connection is what the work is about.
