Digital Servicebook and Keyloop have entered a partnership that makes the working day easier for salespeople, mechanics and car owners at the dealers using Keyloop's systems. The agreement opens up integration with the Rev8 and Drive workshop systems in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, England and Ireland.
What Keyloop is
Keyloop supplies software to the motor industry and is particularly widespread among the large chains and the authorised workshops. Through Keyloop a dealer can handle everything from sales to servicing, and data can move across several suppliers instead of sitting isolated in one system each.
Data moves automatically
The integration means information transfers automatically between the two systems. The workshop avoids recording the same service in two places, which means less administration and fewer errors. At the same time the complete service history is available directly from the system, making it easier to diagnose a problem and carry out the right repair.
A step further into Europe
With six countries in the agreement, Digital Servicebook moves closer to covering the European markets. It is the same principle behind every integration: a car's history belongs to the car, and it must be able to follow the vehicle whichever system the workshop uses.
